How do I determine the best storage container rental size to rent?

How early should I schedule a delivery?
Typically, we’re able to deliver your container within 2 or 3 days from your call, but in some cases we deliver on the same day. Let us know if you have a specific date and time for the delivery.
Where am I allowed to place my storage container rental?
Our containers fit on most properties. They typically take the place of a car.
How much time do I have to load my rental unit?
You have complete control over your move. Our customers have up to 30 days to load and unload their containers with no additional charge. If you need more time, just let us know.
Are the storage containers safe to store my belongings?
Our units are ventilated and breathable to prevent mold and mildew. They also sit about 4 inches off of the ground to keep your unit safe and dry. Each container door also latches tightly with your own sturdy storage lock.
What security features are in place at the warehouse?
Our warehouse is always secure with 24 hour video surveillance and 100% climate control to avoid growth of mold, mildew, and other possible damage.
How do I keep my items from shifting during transit?
Be sure to place heavier items on the bottom and lighter items on top. Use the proper packing supplies and try to fill in empty space - items such as towels, bedding, pillows, clothing, etc are perfect for filling open spaces and protecting fragile items.
How does payment work?
Your balance will be charged to your credit card before your unit arrives.
What if I need to get to my storage?
Give us a call so that we can set up an access time. We do ask that you call 24-hours in advance to arrange a time.
